Historic Lobby Design Concept

We are excited to lend our services for hospitality projects, from conceptual design to finish specification. Our goal in hospitality and commercial spaces is to create a cozy, intimate and down to earth feel. In this converted factory turned residential condominium we provided conceptual renderings to illustrate the larger design concept and visions for the space. We showed various options for lighting plans, wall treatments and reception desks, making sure to pay homage to the building’s past and its waterfront location.
